Yeastar’s Latest P-Series Update: Outbound Call Centre, Multi-Time Zones, and More

Spring is a time for fresh starts, and Yeastar is embracing this spirit with exciting new updates to the P-Series Phone System. The latest enhancements bring a host of new features, including outbound call centre capabilities, multi-time zone support, and an optimised Linkus desktop client. Let’s delve into the details.

Outbound Call Centre & Auto Diallers: Powering Sales and Outreach

One of the most anticipated features in this update is the Outbound Call Centre, now available on the P-Series Software Edition. Designed to enhance business outreach, it includes automated dialling, campaign management tools, and improved customer engagement capabilities.

With these features, businesses can launch targeted sales campaigns, promotions, and follow-ups more effectively, improving customer engagement and conversion rates.

Multi-Time Zones: Seamless Support for Global Teams

For businesses operating across different time zones, the P-Series now supports multiple time zone configurations. This feature allows teams in various regions to align business hours, holidays, and work schedules efficiently.

Benefits:

  • Manage global teams with tailored time zone settings for each office location.

  • Configure custom business hours and holiday schedules for departments.

  • Enable employees to switch work status with a single feature code.

With the ability to create up to 24 different time zones, businesses can streamline operations and enhance workforce flexibility across locations.

Optimised Linkus Desktop Client: A More Seamless User Experience

The Linkus Desktop Client has also received an upgrade, allowing users to access essential functions directly from the application without switching to the web client.

New Enhancements:

  • Integrated Operator & Queue Panels: View and manage operations from one platform.

  • Wallboard & Outbound Campaign Monitoring: Track call centre performance in real-time.

  • Improved Workflow: Users can now stay within their preferred interface for maximum efficiency.

This update ensures a smoother, more integrated experience for users, minimising disruptions and boosting productivity.

External Application Launch on Incoming Calls

The new Call Popup feature allows seamless integration with third-party applications like CRMs and ERP systems. This feature triggers external applications or URL popups during incoming calls, retrieving relevant customer data automatically.

Use Cases:

  • Auto-document call details in CRM or online databases.

  • Instantly access caller records for better customer interactions.

  • Trigger specific application actions based on call status.

This lightweight integration enhances workflow efficiency and ensures that businesses have the right customer data at their fingertips.
