Yeastar has rolled out an exciting new update for the P-Series Phone System, bringing enhanced CRM integration, streamlined workflows, and smarter communication tools. Whether you’re looking to optimize customer interactions, improve team efficiency, or simplify provisioning, these new features are designed to take your business to the next level.

🚀 March 2025 Feature Roundup – What’s New?

Seamless CRM Integration with Custom Templates

Connecting your CRM has never been easier! Yeastar already supports native integrations with popular CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, and Salesforce, but now, with the new CRM Integration Template, you can connect virtually any CRM or helpdesk solution that has a REST API.

Two Template Options:

  • Default Integration Template – Prebuilt CRM integrations ready to use.
  • Custom Integration Template – Build your own CRM connection, no coding required! This DIY approach lets you personalize settings, ensuring seamless contact sync, call journaling, and customer insights.

Improved CRM Contact Sync & Lookup

With real-time CRM contact query & sync, inbound and outbound calls now automatically pull the latest contact information from your CRM.

🔍 Key Benefits:

  • Instantly display up-to-date customer details.

  • Search and dial contacts directly from the Linkus UC Client.

  • Save new contacts on the go with a single click.

Enhanced Call Popup – More Control at Your Fingertips

Users now have the flexibility to choose between automatic and manual call popups when handling customer calls.

  • Manual Call Popup: Click the “CRM” tab in the call window to access customer details when needed.

  • Quick Add for Unknown Numbers: Instantly create new CRM contacts during a call.

  • Custom Popup Configurations: Control which device (desktop or web client) triggers popups.

Call Notes – Keep Track of Every Interaction

Take real-time notes and categorize calls for better follow-ups. This feature is particularly valuable for sales and support teams who need a structured way to document customer interactions.

📝 How Call Notes Help:

  • Add disposition tags (e.g., Sales, Support, Follow-up).

  • Record detailed remarks to ensure smooth handovers.

  • Access past call notes easily for future reference.

Microsoft Teams Presence Sync – Stay Updated Across Platforms

Yeastar now supports real-time presence synchronization with Microsoft Teams, ensuring everyone knows who’s available at a glance. Whether you’re in a call, in a meeting, or presenting, your status is reflected across both Yeastar and Teams.

  • Two-way sync for seamless communication
  • Improved workflow visibility for hybrid teams

Split DNS – Faster and More Secure Network Access

With Split DNS, your phone system can intelligently switch between internal and external DNS servers, ensuring a faster, more secure connection whether you’re in the office or working remotely.

Enhanced Phone Auto Provisioning – Smoother Setup for IP Phones

Yeastar’s auto-provisioning tool now includes additional configuration options:

  • Set up user passwords for Yealink IP phones.

  2. (II)

Where Electronic Frontier Limited is responsible for WEEE under the scenario above, it is the responsibility of the customer to deliver the WEEE in question to Electronic Frontier Limited’s chosen recycling facility or designated address, after which point, we will accept any further treatment or recycling costs.

To arrange a delivery of WEEE, please contact Electronic Frontier Limited operations@elecfron.com to allow us to ensure that the correct procedures can be applied.

  • composed of equipment purchased after 13th August 2005, then the original producer of the equipment retains responsibility for treatment and environmentally sound disposal – subject to the provision that this responsibility has not been passed on to the customer through any contractual terms of the original purchase contract
