Omnichannel Message API, PBX API Bulk Access and More

Yeastar continues to push the boundaries of AI-driven enterprise communications with its latest update to the P-Series PBX System and Yeastar Central Management (YCM) platform.

From smarter automation with the Omnichannel Message API to improved voice experiences through Neural Text-to-Speech (TTS), and enhanced efficiency with Batch CDR Downloads and PBX API Bulk Access, these updates are built to make communication management smarter, faster, and easier — for both end users and service providers.

🔹 PBX New Features

Omnichannel Message API

With the new Omnichannel Messaging API, Yeastar’s P-Series PBX acts as a unified communication hub — forwarding conversation data such as sender, receiver, and message type to third-party platforms.

This means seamless integration with chatbots, AI systems, and message-handling tools for automated responses, sentiment analysis, and intelligent workflows.
In short, it bridges your PBX system with your business automation ecosystem.

More Natural Text-to-Speech (TTS)

The Text-to-Speech function now leverages AWS Polly’s Neural TTS (NTTS) model, delivering clearer, more expressive, and human-like voices for IVRs, call prompts, and announcements.

The update also introduces TTS variables in the Call Flow Designer, allowing administrators to create dynamic, real-time, context-based call flows — such as automated self-service assistants or personalised announcements.

This enhancement brings richer customer interactions and a more professional-sounding voice experience.

Additional Optimisations & New Phone Models

  • Enhanced TAPI Integration: Linkus PC Client now supports multi-user remote access and automatic reconnection for smoother Click-to-Call experiences from CRM applications.

  • Send Calls to Voicemail with One Tap: Easily redirect incoming calls to voicemail with a single click (available for all platforms except iOS).

Newly Supported Phone Models (Sep 9 – Oct 14):

Vendor Phone Model
Gigaset C530 IP, COMFORT 5xx IP
Snom D810, HD331
Fanvil H1-2 Wire

🔹 YCM Updates (for Distributors & Resellers)

The Yeastar Central Management (YCM) platform is a powerful tool for remote management of Yeastar PBX systems and gateways. This update enhances efficiency and simplifies large-scale management tasks with two key new features:

Batch CDR Download

YCM now supports Batch CDR Download within the Task module, enabling users to:

  • Create custom download tasks by time range, communication type, or specific CDR fields

  • Monitor progress through a central task log

  • Manage downloads easily via the File Repository

This makes billing, usage analysis, and reporting faster and more efficient across multiple Cloud PBXs.

PBX API Bulk Access

YCM’s new PBX API Bulk Access streamlines multi-system management by allowing centralised access to multiple PBX APIs — no more separate logins!

With it, users can:

  • Retrieve configuration data such as extensions, call routing, and contact lists

  • Connect directly to their own management or billing systems

  • Reduce manual workload and repetitive API requests

This is a major time-saver for service providers and distributors managing multiple cloud instances.
