Yeastar P-Series May 2025 Update: Dynamics 365 CRM, Google SSO & More

Yeastar has just rolled out an exciting new update for the P-Series Phone System, bringing a host of powerful enhancements that will boost productivity, simplify management, and improve user experience for businesses of all sizes.

At Electronic Frontier, we’re excited to share a quick breakdown of what’s new — from CRM and SSO integrations to UX improvements and broader device support

🔗 Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Integration

The headline feature of this update is the new native integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM — designed to make customer communication more intelligent and seamless.

With this integration, users benefit from:

  • Inbound screen pops for instant caller recognition

  • Real-time contact sync and query

  • Click-to-call and softphone functionality via the embedded Linkus for Dynamics 365 plugin

  • Auto-call activity logging and on-the-fly contact creation

  • Passwordless login to the Linkus Desktop/Web Client

No downloads or installations are required — the softphone appears directly within the Dynamics 365 interface, giving employees a familiar and unified calling experience. It’s an ideal solution for sales and support teams who live inside their CRM.

🔐 Google SSO Integration

Admins and end-users alike will appreciate the new Google Single Sign-On (SSO) support, making login faster, easier, and more secure.

Key highlights:

  • Sign into Linkus clients (Mobile, Desktop, and Web) using Google Workspace credentials

  • Auto-sync Google Workspace users into PBX extensions

  • Real-time profile updates from Google to Yeastar system

  • Faster onboarding for large organisations

This is a game-changer for Google-centric environments, helping streamline IT admin and improve user adoption.

🎧 Enhanced Queue Panel

Managing multiple queues just got easier. The updated Queue Panel now allows you to:

  • Create up to 20 custom queue groups

  • Group any combination of queues

  • Set SLA targets per group

  • Monitor performance in real-time, including active/waiting calls and agent statuses

This improvement empowers both managers and agents with better visibility, allowing for more informed, quicker decisions.

🌙 Linkus Mobile: Dark Mode Is Here

Users can now switch between dark and light mode manually within the Linkus Mobile Client, independent of their device settings. This improves readability and user comfort, especially in low-light environments.

🔧 Device Requirements:

  • Android 10 or higher

  • iOS 13 or higher
