Unlock New Possibilities with Yeastar’s P-Series Update: October 2024

We’re excited to share that the Yeastar P-Series Phone System has just received a fantastic October update, brimming with innovative features designed to enhance your communication experience. Whether you’re looking to streamline your operations or improve customer interactions, this update has something for everyone. Let’s take a closer look at what’s new!

1. Seamless Integration with Microsoft SQL

Say goodbye to missed connections! The latest update introduces Microsoft SQL Server integration, allowing you to synchronise your contact database like never before.

Here’s how it benefits you:

  • Instant Caller Recognition: Incoming calls will trigger real-time lookups in your Microsoft SQL database, ensuring that you see the caller’s information instantly on your phone. No more guessing who’s on the line!
  • Smart Contact Synchronization: Keep your PBX phonebooks up-to-date with scheduled contact syncs. You can choose to synchronise specific contacts or entire groups based on various criteria, making it easy to manage your connections.
  • Intelligent Call Routing: Let the P-Series do the heavy lifting! Inbound calls can be automatically routed based on predefined rules, directing them to the right extensions or queues for a more organised response.

2. Enhanced Zoho CRM Integration

We’re also thrilled to unveil the upgraded Zoho CRM integration via Zoho PhoneBridge. This enhancement transforms how you connect and engage with your customers right from your CRM platform.

Exciting Features Include:

  • Effortless Click-to-Call: Initiate calls directly from Zoho CRM with a simple click—no more fiddling with extensions!
  • Dynamic Call Pop-ups: When a call comes in, you’ll see a handy business card view with all relevant caller information, enabling quick note-taking and call management.
  • Follow-Up Made Easy: After each call, set up follow-up activities without skipping a beat. Keep your sales momentum going strong!

3. Optimised Linkus User Experience

This update also focuses on enhancing the Linkus UC Clients experience, making it more intuitive and user-friendly than ever before.

  • Hold Multiple Calls: Users can now manage up to six simultaneous calls across the Linkus platforms, making multitasking easier.
  • Custom Presence Messages: Add personalised messages to your presence status for better visibility among your team.
  • Agent Monitoring Made Simple: Queue managers can now track agents’ status, including login/out times and reasons for pauses, directly from the wallboard interface.
  • Rapid Redial: Need to call someone back? A quick click on the dial pad will automatically redial the last number you called.
  • Function Key Templates: Administrators can create function key templates, allowing for bulk configuration of settings across multiple users—saving time and ensuring consistency.
