Snom: German-engineered phones with the lowest RMA rates in the business

Berlin-built desk phones, DECT that scales to 16,000 handsets, hospitality phones badged for the hotel, and headsets to match — with a three-year warranty and security switched on out of the box.

Why Snom

Engineered in Germany, loved by the people who have to support it

Founded in Berlin in 1997, Snom was the first brand of professional VoIP telephones and is still one of the few engineered entirely in Germany. That shows where it counts for a reseller: the industry's lowest RMA rates, a three-year warranty on every phone, individual SHA-2 certificates pre-installed, encrypted signalling and audio, HTTPS-only administration and strong-password enforcement — sensible defaults you don't have to configure.

The range runs from the D1xx entry phones through the D3xx and D7xx to the brushed-gunmetal D8xx flagships; M-series DECT with base stations that scale to 4,000 bases and 16,000 handsets; hospitality phones with custom faceplates; and the A-series headsets.

The range

  • Desk: D1xx, D3xx, D7xx, D8xx
  • DECT: M-series bases, handsets, M9 beacons
  • Hospitality phones with badged faceplates
  • A-series headsets and accessories

Snom partner programme: rebates on every phone sold, by partner level.
