For the office manager

Booking, space and analytics in one place

Employee booking — staff find and book rooms and desks from the web, the app or the panel, with less administration for everyone. Space management — office managers control allocation, enforce workplace policy and adapt to changing needs from one console. Workplace analytics — leaders see how space is actually used and where the pressure points are, so the next lease decision is made on data.

Workplace integrates with the tools your customers already run, including Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace calendars.

  • composed of equipment purchased after 13th August 2005, then the original producer of the equipment retains responsibility for treatment and environmentally sound disposal – subject to the provision that this responsibility has not been passed on to the customer through any contractual terms of the original purchase contract
